Tejvan organises short-distance running and cycling races for the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in his home city of Oxford. He is also a very good cyclist, having won the National hill climb championships in 2013 and finished 3rd in the National 100 Mile Time Trials in 2014.

- It was great to see some new runners, especially our junior runners Rosie, Charles and Emma. I hope you enjoyed it and maybe you can go even faster next time.
Well done to Julian Hehir who won on his debut appearance. It was a close race with Paul Skip just 10 seconds behind. It will be interesting to see whether Paul can reclaim 1st spot by the end of the series.
It was one of our largest turnouts for many years with a record 10 Super Vets, who also produced some excellent times. If this group keeps growing we may have to consider a super super vet category.
Next week there is the chance to win some"Self Transcendence Points"
