Fun relay event for runners of all abilities - each team member completes a single lap of a one mile course in Bute Park - teams of three. This year, registration & start will be next to the Summerhouse Cafe in Bute Park - but the course (a one mile loop around the nurseries) is the same. Changing rooms / loos at Blackweir will be open 6pm to 8pm and these are about 800 yards from registration. The cafe will be open until 8pm.

*The Manxters set a new course u/15 record, breaking their own record set 2 years ago under the name Cilfynydd Speedsters. We have not had 60-69 or 70+ categories before so Last of the Summer Wine (mixed 60-69), and The Masters (men 70+) have both established course records. Winning team Les Croupiers S.E.P missed out on the men's course record by just a couple of seconds.
