    · Mon July 9th 3 Miles

    · Mon July 16th 4 Miles

    · All Monday races start at 7pm

    · Venue Peace Mile by Duck Pond, Cutteslowe Park


    Entry:

    · Member of Club £1.50

    · Unattached £3.50 (includes £2 levy to SEAA)

    · Juniors £0 in a club ( £2 non attached)

    · Male: Vet and Super Vet categories

    Grand Prix Series

    Points will be awarded for the first 5 finishers in each category.

    1st Place = 5 points 2nd Place = 4 points

    3rd Place = 3 points 4th Place = 2 points

    5th Place = 1 point

    However if there are only 4 runner in a category, points will be awarded for the first 4 starting at 4 points for 1st Place and if 3 runners 3 points for 1st.

    Results will be available online 1 day after race.
