"When we live in the heart, there is no such thing as impossibility."
Sri Chinmoy
Wall to wall sunshine coupled with cool temperatures early on meant it was a perfect day for a triathlon - and we had results to match with 2 competitors finishing in less than an hour and a good set of results in all categories. Competitor ages ranged from 14 to early 60s and while most competitors were local, we had entries from Cornwall, Nottingham, Abertillery, Blandford Forum and Cadiz (yes, in Spain!). Our thanks go out to the team of marshals from the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team & Triathlon Club who also came from far and wide to be a part of the event - some of our volunteers flew in from Ireland, Scotland and France to be a part of the race! We had fantastic support from Bristol Bike Centre who fixed up competitors' bikes before the start and brought along some fantastic bikes from Ceepo and new local brand Arrox. We're also indebted to Run and Become who provided a big team of helpers & a shedload of race equipment.

If anyone has video of the event - especially short clips of under 30 seconds - I'd love to see those for possible inclusion on our website so if you are happy to share them please send them in.
You should have all been given a flyer with details of our forthcoming races along with your medal and tee shirt, but in case you lost it, event details are all on our web page: http://uk.srichinmoyraces.org/
