Self-Transcendence 4 Mile Race July 9 : Blackweir, Bute Park, Cardiff Last race in our three-race series (though the 3 x 1 mile relay is still to come!).

Self-Transcendence 3 x 1 Mile Relay July 23 : Blackweir, Cardiff Fun relay event for runners of all abilities - each team member completes a single lap of a one mile course in Bute Park - teams of three.
